We provide professional garment washing, hydro extraction, steam drying, ozone processing, finishing, and value-added wash development for denim garment manufacturers, apparel brands, exporters, and buying houses.
The unit runs on high-capacity industrial machinery, a practical production layout, skilled manpower, and process-oriented quality control — aimed squarely at consistent wash quality, reliable output, and on-time delivery.
Garment washing is traditionally water-intensive. That's why we've built around vertical washing machines, RO-based water recovery, treated water reuse, controlled chemical dosing, and enzyme-based stone replacement — cutting fresh water use, effluent load, and chemical consumption without cutting corners on wash quality.
